Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Maintenance Assistant. The Maintenance Assistant will assist/help the maintenance team with the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the upkeep of the building, landscape and surroundings. This includes, but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, cosmetic repairs and landscape maintenance.
- Daily physical building rounds, inspection of the facility for issues to be repaired.
- Preventive Maintenance rounds of facility.
- Minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs of facility and equipment within. Painting a must.
- Lawn maintenance such as mowing, weedeating and flowerbed upkeep.
- All other assigned tasks, as applicable.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One year minimum on the job experience.
- Minimum one year construction or professional trade experience is preferred.
- Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
Operator's Driver's License, must be insurable.
